Hyperemesis Gravidarum

Hi all, this is my first time posting here. I'm just wondering if anyone has suffered from hyperemesis gravidarum in early pregnancy and what they'd recommend to help? I feel so helpless and like I'm going to literally die, I also feel super guilty because I feel like I'm starving my baby. I've just got out of hospital with a lot of meds after being in there on fluids for 2 days because I was severely dehydrated, but I'm still not sure exactly what to try and eat because nothing seems to stay down. Does anybody have any advice or would recommend anything?
