OPK help
This may sound silly, but when is the best time to test with OPK? I’m really really irregular and I’m giving the New Year a clean slate. I just have no idea when I ovulate or what time of the day to test. So I plan to test everyday of the month of January to even see if I ovulate before I make a doctors appointment. Thanks in advance!
