If you had a miscarriage before 9 weeks would you probably pass the baby or no?

I know some people’s bodies never pass the baby naturally but if you were miscarrying before 9 weeks would your body likely pass it??? First appointment tomorrow and I’m so nervous they won’t find a heartbeat

I had a missed miscarriage at 11w1d back in June. Baby never made it past 5 weeks. Absolutely nothing told me I'd lost the baby. My hcg was still high, boobs still sore, still nauseous, bloated tummy still. Right up until the day before I found out about the mmc I had nothing at all that would indicate I wasn't still pregnant and everything running smoothly.
At 11 weeks exactly I had a couple of dizzy spells and also two episodes of brown cm when I wiped, also quite severe lower back ache.
I'd called my midwife at 11 weeks for advice and she had referred me for a scan as a precaution for the following day...sadly we learnt our baby hadn't survived past 5 weeks 😢 I had to have a d&c a couple of weeks later
I became pregnant again in september and lost that one in October to a chemical pregnancy. I just tested positive 18 December and I'm currently 5 weeks exactly. Hoping with erything that this will be our take home baby 💕
