Has anyone had cramping or light contractions at 28 weeks. It’s enough for me to not think it’s normal but it seems to early to be taken seriously. If I sit down it’s sometimes better but the more I do the worse it gets. Never consistent.

Back story:

This will be my third baby I’ve never had a vaginal birth just toe emergency c sections.

I’m currently 1cm dilated 40% effaced. Which I know can mean nothing or it can mean preterm labor.

I was in the L&D room all day yesterday I’m just looking for other Mamas who have experienced this. I’m worried about miscarrying or have the baby premature
