So confused🤦🏼‍♀️

I haven’t had a period in since the first week in November. I spotted 2 weeks ago when I wiped and then nothing with no symptoms. Now, I have been having lighter period cramps for about a week but no period. I don’t know what is going on but I do have a dr’s appt on the 14th. What do you think? I have had a few BFN in the last few weeks
