So the picture on the left is me in 2008...the picture on the right is from a week ago. It's taken me 2 kids one miscarriage and a multitude of tried and failed diets and excersise regimes. It took my now ex husband cheating and severe Clinical Depression for me to realize that the only person who could save me was me. After almost 11 years I went from a size 28 in women's to a size 2!! From 385 lbs to 120!!! Be your own hero! I believe in me...it took a long time to really care for myself!
