Getting my abs back!!
So, about 10 months ago I started have chronic pain, and over time it has just gotten worse. So I have had to give up gymnastics and a lot of moving all together, but now that it’s the new year I have decided to stop being my bodies little bitch and get back in shape. I’m not sure how yet, but I’m gonna find a way.
Also, don’t mind my dirty mirror 😂 (And yes, that is a cardboard house in the background)
