So let me explain I work in retail pharmacy and I stand ALL day. Most days I don’t get my 30 minute break so I stand 9+ hours daily. I’ve noticed that on my days I work I get a pinch in my lower back ( my first child I had back labor ) and I get the achey feeling in my lower pelvic area. No bleeding no cramps just aches. Anyone else experience anything like this? I’ve already had 2 ultra sounds because I was spotting in my early 4 and 6 weeks. Baby is measuring good and heart rate was found. I go back 1-14 for my actual first dr appt. to hear the heart beat.
