I started bleeding Christmas Day, I had a small gush of red blood and a small clot. The next day I had an ultrasound where the doctor had a very hard time finding the pregnancy at all; he did find it and told me I had miscarried and would continue to do so. I’ve only had very light bleeding since then. The fetus had stopped growing at 6 weeks. Sometimes I have a few clots but mostly it’s very light and grainy looking. Is this normal? I have to go back in a month to make sure the miscarriage is complete. I had a D&C in the past which was very traumatic to me I think because I was not sedated for it (I didn’t have health insurance at the time). How long did you bleed during your miscarriage? So far its not as heavy as my period and I’m worried
