Success with IVF stories please😭

Hi ladies, really would love some positive IVF success stories! Did it work 1st time for you? Reluctantly starting IVF in Feb after 5 months of clomid and some iui's. I have high AMH and mild pcos (slightly elevated testosterone, facial hair). Im excited but soo scared it wont work first time as we wont be able to afford any more rounds any time soon. I will be put on the short protcol, and i would ideally like to do a 5 day blast transfer. Just hoping everything goes well =(.
