I’m pretty sure I have a bladder infection for about 2 days now. I have been needing to pee a lot these past 2 days (no I’m not pregnant and I’m on the implant). I also have noticed my urine to be slightly cloudy. Yes I looked up the symptoms and thats what it said. Anyway, about 3 minutes ago I went pee and it was yellow and no longer cloudy. Can a bladder infection go away on its own?

I’m asking this because I have been drinking water trying to pee away all the bacteria. If it continues to be cloudy I will go to the doctors.
