Cold/flu

I’m reaaaaally poorly at the moment with that silly illness that’s going around basically blocked nose generally feeling run down, I’m 13weeks +2 and was wondering if there is any over the counter medicine I can take for common colds, I have looked on google but its all complicated words I would just simply like to know if any normal brands are safe, iv been using vapour rub on my chest but it doesn’t seem to be shifting, as a makeup artist I work with many people daily and I don’t want to pass it round, any suggestions would be very appreciated ! Xx
