My SO ovulated yesterday and we had sex today when should she test

The most accurate tests claim to be 95% accurate 5 days before a missed period. That's probably be the earliest you can test at home. The accuracy goes up with each day, however, so it may be worth waiting till the day of/before she normally starts to test, otherwise you can just wait until she's late to take the test.
