Headaches/Migraines
Hey ladies so ever since i was a kid I’ve suffered from severe migraines because i was allergic to nitrates and dairy. But i eventually grew out of it. Now I’m 21 years old i don’t eat any dairy at all besides yogurt which is once every blue moon and i don’t really eat horrible. I’ve been eating the same for years but for the past year I’ve been getting the worst headaches/ migraines. I’m in college so last semester i had them literally like 4 times a week in a month😔and when i get them i can’t function. My body literally shuts down. Sometimes i throw up. I get dizzy and nauseous all the time when i have them and i sweat like crazy with hot flashes. I’m. Or pregnant lol. I get them a lot when I’m stressed so during the school year i try not to stress myself out being a nanny/ babysitter and a full time student. I’ve tried every over the counter medication but nothing works. Advil, Alieve, Motrin, Tylenol, excedrin. None of those work and I’ve even uped the dosage to triple strength for all of them and nothing. They work at first but after i take them the first time and get a headache a day or two later then i try them again they don’t work. It’s like body is like “hey we know what this is and we’re not going to let you try this again🤨”. I had caresource health insurance but from a mistake on their end. I’m no longer with them so i have no health insurance now so i can’t even make a doctors appointment😔. The headaches are so bad i have to turn all my lights off and stuff twirls under my door so the hallway light on the other end doesn’t irritate it and even duck tape the glowing words on my tv for when it’s off doesn’t show😩. My mom passed away when i was 15 and since she was my only primary parent the state ordered me as an orphan and i went into the system since my mom didn’t have a will. So I’ve delt with my fair share of trauma which my friends think is the cause my my headaches even tho it all happened 5 years ago. I’m currently getting help on the insurance side but since December has ended, open enrollment is now over so for the mean time can any of you nice ladies give me any suggestions?? I’ve missed a lot of classes because of this and it’s ruining my life. It makes me miserable and depressed. Iva has to miss out on trips and events because of the pain and i feel like i can’t take this anymore. My professor suggested injection medications to the temples in my brain to stop😳and even had friends suggest getting checked out to see if i could qualify for medical marijuana edibles to help but what advice do you all have. I’m begging at this point! I had to use voice command to even say all this because my brain is too clouded to even type😖
