Can someone tell me wtf is wrong with me?

I know this isn’t good or normal 😭 my nurse practitioner only ever says to get on birth control because she’s fucking lazy and refuses to test me for anything when clearly something is wrong. If I had to get on bc fine, but not without know why tf this is happening 💆🏼‍♀️ I have bad pms. So I’m not just bleeding and cramping at a scary fucking rate my mood is shot! I don’t know how I’m alive. It’s not light blood! I’ve been flooding for this fucking long! Heavy ass crime scene blood and clots and it’s not lightening up

Don’t have many options. Broke insuranceless college student. I get what my school gives and that is her.
