Trigger warning 22 weeks spotting??

So I had this when I wiped.. I’m 22 weeks 1 day.. last night (10/11pm) I wiped and had this same thing it was just a little less, barely noticeable. Then I got up this morning/middle of the night (4am) and had this. I’m calling my doctor but has anyone else experienced this? I’m so so scared. :(

I’ve had spotting for the last couple weeks. 26-30 weeks. Been checked twice. Each time my doctor says it’s just cervical irritation, so I wouldn’t worry too much unless it increases or is accompanied by contractions.

I actually had a lot more at 25 weeks, I went to the doctors and he said it had something to do with veins in my cervix or something. He said it’s common in pregnancy due to all the blood, hormones, and pressure. He used silver nitrate to cauterize them and said no sex for a week, and he wasn’t concerned at all.
