Prodromal labor?

I have an irritable uterus and therefore have been having Braxton Hicks contractions since 23 weeks and they have been all day everyday since about 30 weeks. For me they have been just my uterus tightening. All day yesterday instead of just a tightening uterus I had what felt like period cramps. They were irregular and I'm still pregnant so I'm guessing not real labor but does this sound like Prodromal Labor?

Sounds like it. I started with Braxton Hicks at 16 weeks that would come sometimes every 5-10minutes. At 33+5 they became painful and more like period cramps. Now at 36+6 they have spaced out but I can no longer talk through them. Prodromal labor sucks
