Anyway my hcg level can go down then up after a MC besides being pregnant?

So on the 24th they said my hcg level was 90 and yesterday the 2nd they told me my hcg level was 143, does this mean I'm pregnant? Anyone who has gone through this lmao. This is crazyyyg

Not sure if this is similar to you or not but I went in the Friday the 28th with cramping and spotting at 5w6d and they did us and said I was measuring more like 4 weeks and to prepare myself. An hour or two later the clots and bleeding started and lasted 4-5days. I went sat for blood work, I think hcg was 122 then Monday I think it was 119 and then Wednesday it was 179! They called last night and said they want to see me today but they have no openings so I’m glued to my phone today waiting for the phone call to be seen today and see what’s up 🤷🏼‍♀️ I have no clue what’s going on. I hope you get answers soon too!
