I’m soo exhausted and nauseous

Today was my first day at work and I work 7-4 and I fell asleep like twice while here and I keep feeling so nauseous. I wanna go home but feel like I need to fight through it and I haven’t experienced morning sickness yet. I’m 7w 3d first appointment tomorrow
