Copper IUD Insertion Day Before Predicted Period

I’m not sure if I started my period or not because I had my IUD inserted the day before my predicted period. I’m bleeding but it’s not really blood? Can someone help me with what’s going on?

Update: I’m currently two days late from my predicted period start. pregnancy test obviously came out negative. I’m trippen on the whole cramping part cause am I going to cramp for a straight week?

Update #2: My abdomen is litterally the size of a baby watermelon 😥 This is going to be a very grumpy day for me

Update #3: Period has probably started. I’ve got cravings and actual blood instead of water down mess.
