Blood help!! 😖😖

So I’m 11 weeks pregnant woke up this morning to light blood when I wiped that I thought was spotting so I told my doctor and with worry went for a early scan the lovely lady said she don’t know where the bleeding is coming from but the baby looks fine showed me the heartbeat she checked my ovaries and said they was fine now tonight my stomach pains are getting worse and I went to the loo to this it’s becoming thicker as well please help

Up date**** I went to the doctors and the hospital it’s not a misscarage it’s my cervix stretching getting ready for the baby thank god
