Do y’all know what this is?
I have these little bumps on my chin I can’t seem to get rid of! I’m using African black soap, witch hazel, and rose water and the rest of my skin is pretty smooth but the area on my chin won’t go away. Like they don’t really hurt or have white heads like normal pimples. I’ve tried so many acne cleansers and they just dry me out and irritate the rest of my face Bc my skin is so sensitive. Any recommendations?
