Cold and contractions

I'm 19 weeks 2 days today and I'm sure I have a cold, called my Dr to see what I can take and I forgot to mention I've been having contractions frequently and difficulty breathing, like tightness in my chest and occasionally I'll have palpitations. When they call back should I bring that up as well?
