Add 2 weeks?

Ok so do they add two weeks? 
My ultrasound/baby is measuring that I am 20w6d 
So did I conceive then? Or really conceive 18w6d ago? Ugh 
I'm really confused and feel like a dumby

Yes they do basically add two weeks. As the other user said, doctors count from the last period before conception (usually about two weeks before conception).

They go by the first day of your last period so thats around 2 weeks before you actually conceive now if you already had your due date it could be that your baby is measuring ahead nothing wrong with that
