Had some spotting so went in for a early ultrasound. Technician saw a sac but no yolk sac or fetal pole 😢. She said the sac is measuring 6w2d and said she saw all the other signs of pregnancy and that it might be too early to determine if the pregnancy is viable but said she thought she saw the start of something. The nurse practitioner sat with me after and was leaning more towards preparing me for this to end. Has anyone else had this happen to them and when they went in a week later the results were different and positive?! I know I am just grasping at straws but I don’t know how I will get through the next week before my next ultrasound.
