No period for months!

September 1st I had a miscarriage. I was 5 weeks. I bled for a week, had a period on November 1st, and now nothing since then! We’ve been actively trying but I haven’t been tracking anything until the 27th. I think I ovulated in New Year’s eve. Before this last miscarriage I was extremely regular besides a few days here and there. We’ve been trying since March of last year. I feel like I’ve been ovulating the past 2 months still going off of CM and occasionally sore boobs. I started Vitex a week ago to help regulate my body again. I’m hoping it can still happen for us even without a period! Has anyone here conceived with no period before?
