Is it normal to not feel pregnant?

I’m only 6 weeks and 4 days along, but I don’t feel pregnant. Just mild cramping and some discharge. And my breasts are mildly sore. Is that normal?

I always forgot I was pregnant in the first trimester. Obviously I had the physical symptoms but I couldn’t get the concept through my head. That’s huge news to swallow. It’ll start to feel more real when you feel the baby move, see it in ultrasound, and see your belly pop. I’m still having a hard time grasping all of this at 18 weeks but I definitely “feel” more pregnant than I did at 6 weeks.
