I am allergic to Benadryl and Penicillins / Omoxicillins, 
Would I at all be allergic to Xanax or any other anti anxiety medications?

A prescribing physician would know this answer if they were considering prescribing you xanex. 
Or are you trying to take this on the low low 😂😂

Those are two different classes of medicine. Being allergic to one class has nothing to do with being allergic to the other class. Its possible to be allergic to any classes, youll have to try them and see.

Those are different classes of drugs that work differently on your body. Any concerns should be discussed with your doctor since you can’t take Benadryl in the event you do have an allergic reaction...

If you’re getting a prescription your doctor will take all of this in to consideration. The fact you’re asking this is leading me to believe you’re trying to take Xanax from a friend or recreationally ... as somebody who was addicted for 3 years and had multiple overdoses I advise you don’t do it. The half-life of Xanax makes it that if you use one to get high on Monday by Friday you will have to take 1.5 or 2, it is EXTREMELY addictive. 
If you actually need it speak to YOUR medical professional, don’t trust that those on the internet will be honest about a pharmacology degree.
