Having serious regrets 😢

So this is my fourth pregnancy.. & I should already have learned by now.. but I guess I haven’t.. went to grab some water. Seen the pack of powdered juice. Instantly want some juice. Just took two tubs to get rid of horrible heart burn.. told myself if I drank this juice.. I will get horrible heart burn again.. then of course I grab the juice and said fuck it I really want juice. Now I’m laying here.. having regrets.. took two tums.. just fightin that heartburn & mad at myself. Lmao why am I like disssss
