Just make sure it's on low and not for a long time. And I felt it was most helpful on my back and eased my anxiety not to have it on my stomach. Was always scared of "cooking" my baby.

Always make sure it’s on low if you have it on your stomach, and don’t leave it on there for more than 10 minutes or so. Using it on your back is also very helpful but don’t have it all the way up and again don’t use it too long

I needed to see this post too! Before pregnancy i lived on one for stomach issues but have been trying to avoid it since i found out

I had mine on high and slept on it repeatedly my first trimester. I'd wake up sweating. Probably not the best idea but it helped and Baby is fine.
