Reoccurring canker sores 😭

Just as the title suggests, I seem to be getting canker sores a lot more than I used to. It went from getting one every couple of months to now having them multiple times a month. This is my second canker in the past two weeks!! 😞

Has anyone suffering from the same issues found out the reason why yet? I have yet to speak to my doctor because I doubt they can do much for them.

*canker sores are not a form of herpes, just clarifying for those who like to jump to that conclusion.*
