Confused.. Has anybody else experienced this also?

I'm currently 25 weeks pregnant! Has sex with my older 2 kids father December 15 about a week later i noticed I was passing yellow slimy discharge a week after that I stated to spot! Last night I went to the emergency room &' they did a few cultures etc.. &' I am positive for trichomoniasis she have she a prescription for metronidazole.. 14 capsules I have to take 2 daily for 7 days, this my first day taking them! But is it normal to still have little spotting when I wipe? It's bothering me
