I need some help :)

I’m 16 and i workout most days. I play soccer so I’m constantly running and then at school I have physical training where I do weights and work on other areas but I can’t seem to lose weight. I currently weigh 167, I’m pretty sure it’s because of my diet so I am wondering what can I do that’s not too expensive or what are some exercises that could help? I’m trying to lose in my stomach and tone my arms and legs.
