Would it be okay to take prenatal vitamins for hair and nail growth?? Not pregnant just want fast hair and nail growth.

They won’t hurt but it’s the hormones you have when pregnant that makes hair and nails grow, not the vitamins

Yes, a lot of women take them before getting pregnant. But in my opinion it doesn’t make your hair or nails grow faster.
