I don’t know either!!! I miss my lox on my bagels. Lol  in Korea right now but we get food imported from the USA at the military base commissary. It’s always packaged well and within exp date but I worry because it’s served cold and it’s considered raw to some. 
I heard in some countries it’s totally fine but places like the USA say it’s not ok. So idk!!

A lot of times. It’s considered ok to eat in Norway as long as it’s from a fresh package that’s well within the best before date.
