Umbilical cord. Does it look infected?

FTM here! My baby's umbilical cord fell off early. (She is a week old) I was wondering if it looked infected, should I call her pediatrician?

Looks ok. Put alcohol on it every day. It takes a bit to heal.

I don't see a picture but my daughters git infected because the stump didn't come off all the way when I thought it did.
