Nap time.... Getting beyond a joke!
I'm a busy student nurse, it's dissertation and finals time and we are still working shifts, luckily these are normally reduced 8 hour shifts not the normal 12 1/2 hours. Anyway no matter what I'm doing by mid afternoon I am exhausted! For example today I am home studying, I have two weeks to hand in and I'm about to turn in for a nap. Yesterday I came home just after 16.00 and had to crawl to bed, when I woke up at 19.00 I was so groggy I got up, ate and went back to bed, I was meant to study!
Any ideas for overcoming this? I already stay hydrated drinking 3L a day of water and pregnancy safe herbal teas.
