HCG LEVELS!

My doctor had to take a HCG test because they found a blood filled cyst on my ovary so theu wanted to rule out an ectopic pregnancy. My leves came back a 4 and i am inly 10dpo. Has anyone had a low level like that around that many days past ovulation and ended up being pregnant?
