Can my obgyn help me pin point when I’m ovulating and prescribe trigger shots etc? Or who do I make that appointment with ?

Trigger shots are given in cases of infertility, typically after a few rounds of clomid or letrozole and since they require extra monitoring most obgyns don’t do them, you’ll need to see a specialist.

If your trying to concieve its probably a good idea that your OBGYN knows and if its your first year trying then I recommend OPK's to pinpoint your exact ovulation day. My Gyno recommended ClearBlue Digital. Little more pricey but more accurate. Also afyer a year of trying is when you start needing a workup to figure out why you arent getting pregnant. My current situation. Good luck.
