Does anyone do the Keto diet?

I've heard good and bad stuff with this. Do you follow it very strictly and have you seen results? 
I've dont the paleo diet and saw great results so I wanted to see about the Keto.

I haven’t tried the keto diet. Personally I’m not a fan of restrictive diets but I found a lot of success with addressing my gut health! Just google gut health and weight loss and you’ll see what I mean. Since using some all natural plant based supplements I have dropped 2 pant sizes and am feeling amazing 🙌🏼 do you want some more info on what’s worked for me?

I did it from September-December and absolutely loved it. Everything was great, no cravings, no hunger, high energy, body felt gooood, EXCEPT (and this was a huge one for me) my hair started falling out. I was supplementing and tracking my nutrition, plus taking collagen everyday, but it was still coming out in clumps. It scared me so bad that I quit. I really miss it and want to go back but I just can’t cope with losing hair like that :(

Yup, love it. I’ve lost 50 pounds in the past five months and I did blood tests before and after about five months and all my numbers went from outside normal range (in a bad way) to right in the middle of normal range except for my cholesterol which my doc says is most likely inherited. I have a lot more energy, sleep better, etc. I don’t think it’s for everyone but I have PCOS and it was recommended to me by three doctors as a way to deal with that.
