Any ovulation suggestions
Any suggestions (besides ovulation kits) to help promote healthy ovulation? I'm 35 and trying to conceive. I had gotten pregnant twice (age 16 & 26) so easily, not planned. I've been told by Drs that I'm very fertile but now that I'm 35 and ready, I'm having so much trouble 😓 I know that it's bc I'm not ovulating, so how do I promote ovulation??
