Did i really get pregnant in rehab!? Hopefully no one realizes who i am oh god😂

Sooooo I'm not looking for anyone's opinion in regards to how my situation came about; just comments on if you've been through a similar situation but I'm sure your story won't involve two guys so just think of it as one lmao. Alright so on December 7th I went into rehab, had a boyfriend of three months prior. On the 13th I came to realize I was pregnant and misarried at four weeks if that. Since I was i rehab I'm obviously hospitalized and they were taking blood from me quite a bit to do tests for medications and initially took blood to see if I was pregnant. My last hcg level when all of this happened was 43. Soooo I couldn't any longer be with my boyfriend because he was abusive and I couldn't risk going back to such atmosphere with my sobriety. So little old drug addict me found myself a guy to sleep with in rehab, I knew him from my home town so I felt pretty comfortable with him. This is the pretty fucked up part, I think we started having sex a week after my miscarriage, I was still bleeding a bit. We continued to have sex just about every day while we were both still there🙃 then the 25th of December I got a pelvic exam and an ultrasound they said my uterus was clear and I wouldn't need a d&c. But they overlooked the fact that I was a negative blood type and needed the certain shot when you miscarry.

Soooo I believe the 26th of December is when they took my last blood, my hcg level was 90 (which I called and found out on the 2nd). I failed to receive this information because we both got discharged after we got caught having sex😭😂 so anyyyyway I'm still bleeding and now I notice new blood not a lot but like a light period. So my sober house takes me to the ER and at the ER they did an ultrasound, took blood, and ended up giving me the shot I was suppose to get last time because of my blood type. They told me at the ER on the 2nd of January that my hcg level was 143. I spent a total of SIX hours at the ER they were packed so when the doctor came around I didn't really have time to ask her questions she just said, my hcg level was 143 and that I had a positive pregnancy test but she wasn't sure if it was my levels falling or if I could be pregnant again because it's the ER and that was there first time seeing me. So my question is if my uterus was clear and they didn't catch an ectopic pregnancy on the 25th of December an my last hcg level was 43 before I actually found out I miscarried, is there any weird reason my levels would go up after that. Or do you think I got pregnant in rehab? Lol thanks guysssss
