Ava bracelet

Anyone on here use the Ava bracelet? I couldn’t consistently remember to take my bbt in the AM so I splurged and bought Ava. I mean, one year guarantee of pregnancy or money back, what the heck? Right? Well, I got pregnant within the first month—totally coincidentally—and had an early miscarriage. But that’s besides the point really, anyone notice a lot of “data insufficient” responses even though you know you wore it all night? I know I slept 4+ hours like required. Idk if it has to be worn in a certain direction (plug in facing towards shoulder vs worn towards hand) or something else silly but I’m just curious. I know my hours slept are wrong so I’m worried my pulse and temperature may be wrong too...
