Vision problems

Hi ladies, since my miscarriage in August i have been having some very unexplainable problems. I had surgery for a uterine fistula and that was when everything really compounded.

I started having pains in my shoulders that would radiate down to my arms. My arms would tingle at times. I was told that because of the embolization surgery where my stomach was blonde up with air, that causes the shoulder pain's as the air has no where to go but up. The shoulders being the highest point for it to go.

During the past 3 months, i have been having vision problems. It started with the blurred vision on the left side only and when i tilt my head to the left. Now it is both eyes and at any time. Lately, it has gotten so bad that i can't drive at night and lights in groceries stores and malls (especially at Christmas) with the lights made me so upset i almost threw up. My doctor advised that because i am anemic and all the bleeding that occurred my hemoglobin is very low which is affecting my optical nerve and causes the dizziness. I'm currently taking 4 x 100mc of folic acid, 2 iron pills and eating a lot of iron-rich foods and nothing is helping. In fact, it has gotten worse.

Has anyone experienced this before and if so, what did you do/take to fix the problem? I really need this to stop. I feel like I'm drunk all the time and i don't drink for that very reason. I don't like the feeling.
