Is it possible ?

I never breastfed because my partner at the time didn't want me too..now my baby is 3 and half months and id love to give it ago is their anyway to get my milk back or is it fully gone ? Sorry if this is a stupid question :(

It is definitely possible but will be difficult. I’d suggest seeking out a lactation consultant to help you. 
I’m sorry you had to deal with a selfish partner that prevented you from doing what was best for your baby.

This would be called inducing lactation and it is possible but very challenging to do.

Well, if you're talking about nursing them (rather than exclusively pumping), it will be difficult. Usually up to 3 months is when a baby can still learn to nurse. This is because after 3 months, they learn where their food comes from, so switching it will be hard. But there's no harm in trying.

I’ve heard of women relactating after stopping breastfeeding at a certain point but I’m not sure about starting to breastfeed after such a long time. If you can I’d reach out to your OB and see if they can refer you to a lactation specialist who could help. Maybe get a breast pump and try to see if that will stimulate something without having to frustrate and exhaust baby. They also have teas and supplements and all kinds of snacks that are supposed to help with increasing milk production that may be able to help.
