PLEASE HELP Pregnant Spotting?

I’ll start by saying I’m 22 weeks pregnant.

So I had this spotting the other day that looked like specs of blood on the tp. See first picture.

I called my ob office and because I have a negative blood type they had me come in and get a Rhogam shot. They didn’t even examine me or anything because my ob is out until Monday. I figured they would at least have a different ob look to see the cause but nope. So anyway I got the shot yesterday and didn’t see anymore. Now tonight I just wiped and have this! Mind you I wiped once and there was one spec, wiped again and there was a second one.

It’s the same thing but less. It doesn’t look like any spotting I have personally seen but I’m wondering if anyone else has had spotting like this?? To me and my husband it looks like it may be from a cut. So I just looked down there for like 30 minutes trying to find anything that looked like a cut or blood or anything. Didn’t see a thing. I’m so confused. Husband and I haven’t been intimate for like 2 weeks so it can’t be from that. The only thing I can think of that a cut would be from is the crappy toilet paper we are using. It’s cheap and rough. But like I said I didn’t see a cut or anything. I just don’t understand and I don’t want to be like “oh it’s just a cut” and ignore it then something happen to my baby.
