Help! Frustrated & Confused

Hi Ladies!

So AF was due today and there is no sign of her at all. Normally I have horrible cramping before and during my period. This month I had some bad cramping right before and then it went away-when usually it worsens. Also no spotting or any other typical symptoms I get with my period. However I tested twice today-once at home and once at the doctor (both urine) and tested negative both times. I’m frustrated because either there’s something wrong with me (bc I’m missing my period for no reason) or I’m pregnant and can’t celebrate with my husband yet bc I don’t know. I don’t wanna be that crazy lady going to the doctor swearing I’m pregnant when I’m not.

Side note: urine tests never worked for my mom. She was almost 4 months pregnant when they finally did a blood test to reveal her pregnancy with me. Any chance I could have this same issue? She was still testing negative with urine tests at 3/4 months along.

Any advice & insights is very appreciated! Even support as I struggle with anxiety already and the stress of TTC is getting to me too.
