Corpus luteum??

I had a Dr appt yesterday with my gyno.. he had me get an ultrasound right before the appt due to my pcos and wondering if the birth control I was on is working. Well turns out I still ovulated and I had unprotected sex during that time. He said I have a corpus luteum cyst on my ovary meaning I did ovulate.. my question is have any of you ladies had this and it be a sign of pregnancy??
