Did anyone have Cystic Acne early in pregnancy?

Yes . It was weird because i dont usually get cystic acne on my face, usually on my breasts an underarm, i just broke out everywhere face, back even my damn ass cheeks. The cyst acne went away but im still having breackouts at 11w

my Dr. said it's bc of dehydration.  drink plenty of water.
