Am I (skinny) fat?

EDIT: ok so some ppl think I posted this for attention but I guess I didn't make something clear. I am looking for advice on how to get more toned and healthier. I'm ok with what I look like but I don't want to look unhealthy.

Hi, I'm 18 and 5'6. I am starting personal training at the gym but it has been difficult since I haven't exercised in a long time (I have been recovering from a traumatic brain injury). I have a small frame but I feel like I am what you would call "skinny fat". Is this just me overthinking it or do I actually look unhealthy? I want to look more toned in my stomach. Any tips?
